Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $6.

Where do you ship?
At this time, Happy Hippo ships within the United States only.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your party box every step of the way.

What comes inside a Happy Hippo party box?
Each party box includes coordinated tableware, themed décor pieces, a fun hands-on activity, and matching digital invitations — everything you need for a magical celebration!

Are the party boxes personalized?
At this time, the only customization available is adding additional party kits. Each Happy Hippo party box includes enough tableware and activity supplies for 8 guests. If your celebration has more than 8 partygoers, we can happily add extra kits so everyone can join in the fun!

What age groups are Happy Hippo boxes designed for?
Our party boxes are thoughtfully created for children ages 4–12.

Do I need to buy anything separately?
You may want to add cake, food, and a few simple extras like balloons or party favors, but we include the main essentials to make party planning easy.

Can I return or refund my order?
Because each Happy Hippo box is carefully packed with love, all purchases are non-refundable. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work together to make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
